**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist the sales team with outside sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage existing accounts and foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and markets.
- Conduct market analysis to inform sales strategies and identify trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in account management and business development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales concepts and practices.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess market data and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; French language proficiency is a requirement, Chinese language is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
