  • Position Summary

The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the our sales and ensuring smooth daily operations within the sales department. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with communication, documentation, coordination, and follow-ups that help drive sales activity and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities (Detailed Description)

  • Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure clients receive timely updates about their orders.

  • Sales Documentation

Prepare quotations, invoices, order forms, and other sales documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Order Coordination

Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any issues quickly.

  • Communication Management

Help manage email correspondence, follow up on leads, and keep customers informed throughout the sales process.

  • Sales Team Support

Assist the sales team with research, preparing presentations, collecting customer feedback, and other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Market & Product Awareness

Learn about the company's products (packaging materials, containers, bags, etc.) and provide basic information to clients when required.

L'Assistant(e) aux ventes joue un rôle essentiel en soutenant notre équipe de vente et en assurant le bon fonctionnement quotidien du département. Ce poste convient à une personne organisée, axée sur le service à la clientèle et désireuse de progresser dans un environnement dynamique. Vous contribuerez aux communications, à la préparation de documents, à la coordination et au suivi des dossiers afin de stimuler les activités de vente et de maintenir de solides relations avec les clients.

Responsabilités principales (Description détaillée)

Service à la clientèle

Répondre aux demandes des clients, fournir des informations sur les produits et veiller à ce que les clients reçoivent des mises à jour à jour concernant leurs commandes.

Documentation des ventes

Préparer des soumissions, factures, bons de commande et autres documents de vente avec précision et souci du détail.

Coordination des commandes

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'entrepôt et l'équipe logistique pour planifier les expéditions, suivre les livraisons et résoudre rapidement tout problème.

Gestion des communications

Gérer la correspondance par courriel, faire le suivi des prospects et tenir les clients informés tout au long du processus de vente.

Soutien à l'équipe de vente

Assister l'équipe de vente dans les recherches, la préparation de présentations, la collecte des commentaires des clients et diverses tâches administratives au besoin.

Connaissance du marché et des produits

Apprendre à connaître les produits de l'entreprise (matériaux d'emballage, contenants, sacs, etc.) et fournir des renseignements de base aux clients lorsque requis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
