**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Leadership & Execution**:

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure projects meet client expectations and goals.
- Lead construction phases from pre-construction to final delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and financial targets are achieved.
- Conduct weekly site meetings to review progress, address issues, and keep the team aligned.

**Risk Management & Problem-Solving**:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Make informed, decisive decisions to keep projects on track and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.

**Leadership & Team Development**:

- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and support for team growth.
- Act as a mentor for junior project managers, sharing expertise and promoting professional development.

**Client & Stakeholder Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing regular project updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring project alignment and smooth execution.

**Budgeting, Scheduling, & Resource Management**:

- Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining cost controls.
- Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Construction Technology Certificate or diploma required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience managing large-scale projects ($50M+) in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) sector.

Pay: $90,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
