- Hospitality and Culinary Arts:_

Bartenders - Must be Smart Serve certified, experience preferred

Beverage Cart Servers - Must be Smart Serve certified

Half-Way Servers - Must be Smart Serve certified

Servers - Must be Smart Serve certified

**Food and Beverage Service**
- Maintain a clean, healthy and safe work place that meets or exceeds the standards of the The Pulpit Club.
- Ensure a safe, efficient work place using common sense and/or knowledge from previous experience and training.
- Follow all opening and closing duties for your designated Clubhouse as outlined in the employee manual for Food and Beverage.
- Serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as ordered.
- Take orders from Members and Guests, key them into the Jonas system and serve prepared meals that meet or exceed the standards of service for The Pulpit Club.
- Knowledge and execution of proper wine service.
- Knowledge of wine, considered an asset.
- Knowledge of proper service etiquette for all food and beverages served within the Clubhouses.
- Ensure designated area is “service ready” and properly maintained throughout the shift.
- Complete all other daily tasks assigned by the Hospitality Manager and/or Associate Hospitality Manager.

**Other Duties**
- Assist with month end inventory if requested.
- Assist with replenishing stock in coolers and service areas.
- Ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all Company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the Hospitality Manager and/or Associate Hospitality Manager.

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
