**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive project success while utilizing your expertise in program management and product management methodologies.

**Duties**
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize tools such as Confluence, Basecamp, and Salesforce for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project status, address challenges, and negotiate solutions.
- Implement requirements management processes to ensure all stakeholder needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or management roles with a strong understanding of program management principles.
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Confluence and Basecamp; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with requirements management processes and product management methodologies is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical abilities.
