**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payment transactions.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, dining space, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and restocking supplies.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- A valid Ontario Food Handler's certificate.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time, on-site position. Shifts may vary based on production needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
