Eansor Auto Group is looking for an **Shuttle Driver** in London SHIFT: 10:30am-7:30pm Monday-Friday.

The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers. Shuttle Drivers provides a high level of customer service by ensuring all customers get to where they need to be.

**Job Duties**:

- Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
- Pickup and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service.
- Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent.
- Listen to and document customer needs an expectations throughout the visit.
- Review and maintain records of who is driven where during the day.
- Bringing up customer vehicles from the lot, parking cars, utilizing automated car wash.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Organized with an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs.
- Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed.
- Ability to communicate with customers and staff and relay messages.
- Knowledge of the city's streets an asset.
- Self-motivation with excellent work ethic.
- Loves a fast paced environment.
- Computer skills and an understanding of technology.
