Turn your passion into a profession Just Jeeps is seeking a **Full-time Jeep Parts Sales/Product Specialist**, to provide exceptional customer service and support in after-market Jeep parts sales, working in a busy, fast-paced environment. The Jeep Product Specialist/Sales position involves frequent and regular interaction with customers, delivering friendly and courteous service while explaining product benefits and fulfilling customer orders. **Jeep parts knowledge is an asset**.

**Main Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, sales and support
- Answer customer inquiries and provide informed advice and recommendations
- Assist customers with order placing on website
- Suggest value-added and related products by actively listening to customer needs and goals
- Respond efficiently to all customer inquiries, requests and concerns, over the phone (and in person)
- Process and fulfill customer orders
- Update product knowledge regularly by learning about new products
- Remain up to date on in-store promotions, in-store deals and product locations
- Ensure that retail basic tasks are executed efficiently
- Identify low stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
- Improve upon performance through regular updating of skills and manager feedback
- General store maintenance including stocking shelves, merchandising and general shop upkeep

**Requirements**:

- Available to work Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Customer-oriented, highly approachable individual who thrives on offering exceptional customer service
- Ability to complete retail tasks according to instructions and to demonstrate responsibility for outcomes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and provide assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals
- Ability to resolve retail and/or customer issues
- Ability to adapt to, and manage, challenging and changing situations
- Positive attitude, punctual and solid work ethic
- Ability to provide consistently professional customer service
- **Knowledge of Jeeps and Jeep after-market parts is an asset.**
