**The Opportunity**:
This is a Full-Time permanent position. The Production Team Member is responsible for the manufacturing of various Precast Concrete Elements, which will require working in a team setting with a number of different machines and tools in order to meet production requirements. **This is a straight day shift.**

**Responsibilities**:
As a key member in our Production Team, you will be responsible for:

- Working in a safe manner
- Wearing all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Stripping of concrete out of forms
- Cleaning forms and prepping them for new pours
- Cutting and assembling rebar
- Pouring concrete into forms
- Finishing concrete to meet QC requirements - patching, grinding, inspecting
- Cleaning up work area
- Maintaining a professional and respectful manner when dealing with all other team members, customers and visitors
- Any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for the job, you should have the following credentials:

- Initiative, good attendance record and dependable
- Ability to read tape measure (metric/imperial) and drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work with little supervision
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal communication
- Safety first attitude

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage **$22.00-$27.00 per hour **(depending on experience/qualifications)
