Oxford Learning Kitchener South is building their teaching staff. We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, part-time teacher/Education Coordinator.

At our centre, learning is about knowing, really understanding, how to integrate and retain new information.

Oxford Learning Kitchener South is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate part-time teacher/coordinator. Your job will include teaching students in English and Math, managing the general operations of the centre (dealing with inquiries, setting up and administering assessments, programming and overseeing students’ progression.
The job will include:

- Learn the best practices in supplemental education and cognitive development
- Assess, program, teach, and evaluate students
- Work with children from pre-school through high school
- Consult and communicate with parents, teachers and professionals
- Manage the daily operations of the centre
- Help kids build their skills, motivation & confidence and learn how to learn - so they can achieve their full potential in school
- Teaching or tutoring experience
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills, French an asset
- Dynamic leadership, teamwork and motivational skills
- Maturity, insight, initiative, creativity and persuasiveness
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Available for work 3 days within the week (no weekends, Monday to Friday only)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
