Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Administrator.

This position is a vital administrative role within the construction management team, responsible for supporting and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to contribute to the overall success of construction initiatives.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team, project managers, and other departments as needed (including issuing construction & selection RFQ’s (request for quotations) & PO’s when directed).
- Ad hoc projects as required (cross-training as needed).

**Document Management**:

- Organize and maintain documents, contracts, and project files in a systematic and easily accessible manner.
- Distribute all relevant construction documents to project team members, both physically and digitally.
- Assist with the preparation of all construction and customer selection documents, as needed.
- Compile all documentation needed for the Final Consolidation File

**Service Team Support**:

- Provide Administrative assistance to Service & Warranty Team
- Assist with client communications, as needed.
- Assist with vendor partner communications as needed.

**Meeting Coordination**:

- Coordinate internal meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials, as needed.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes as required.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
