- Collect and update client information accurately in our system.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities. 2. Scheduling:

- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments for emergency cases.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Provide clear instructions to clients regarding pre-arrival procedures. 3. Administrative Support:

- Maintain and organize client records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Collaborate with the veterinarians and support team to facilitate the smooth flow of emergency cases.
- Relay critical information to veterinary staff promptly and accurately.
- Be prepared to assist in managing urgent situations as needed.
- Excellent critical thinking abilities during high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion. *Qualifications:*
- Days, overnights, holidays, and evening shifts;
- Flexible schedule (clinic is open 24/7);
- Previous experience in a veterinary receptionist role required;
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology is an asset;
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of veterinary management software;
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage time well; assisting veterinarians and support staff with prioritizing patient needs;
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently;
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, sometimes stressful work environment calmly and efficiently;
