**Responsibilities**:
+Go through team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and clients.

+ Execution of Promotions and Campaigns
- Support with the communication.

+ Reporting - Understanding and identifying sales performance.

+ Represent the clients as a brand ambassador within the community.

+ Provide training and lead team meetings for Junior Representatives.

+ You will be part of a small group that will be responsible to present our clients' campaigns and projects to the community, face-to-face.

**The Other Qualifications**:
+ You have the ability and willingness to work a from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, including some weekends.

+ Have the willingness to train across province at our offices (paid travel).

+ Having access to a vehicle and own a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions are preferred, but NOT MANDATORY as our clients will have company transport and vehicles.

+ You are a resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory.

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ You have an innate ability to build empathy, in particular with individuals with diverse backgrounds.

+ You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.

+ You take accountability for results - acting with integrity and honoring commitments

+ You have a thirst for learning - you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

**Salary**: Up to $52,604.46 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
