**RETAIL ASSOCIATE / CUSTOMER SERVICE**

Mook Fabrics Ltd is a large wholesale/retail fabric supplier servicing and distributing throughout Canada and the United States.

We are looking for a full-time / part-time individual to join our busy retail team in Oak Bluff.

**Duties**: Assisting and advising customers on fabric purchases, processing fabric orders, working with various fabrics, folding, packing and measuring fabric. Answer customer enquires over the phone and in person. This position entails working with customers face to face and via telephone.

**Requirements**: Previous customer service experience is required. Knowledge of fabric is an asset but not essential, will train the right person. Able to read and interpret orders and invoices. Must be reliable, dependable and able to follow direction. Good attention to detail. Computer literate is required. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Position requires individual to be on feet all day.

With the current expansion we are looking for a few individuals to join our team.

- Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays

**Tasks**: Customer relations. Assisting customers with fabric inquires and purchases. Working with various fabrics, cutting, folding and measuring fabrics.

**Requirements**: A positive attitude. Knowledge of fabric and sewing is an asset. Previous customer experience is required. Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Reliable transportation is important as we are not located on a local bus route.**

Pay: $16.00 per hour
