Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. **Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with personalized assistance
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in vape and technical knowledge is preferred
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features to customers
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a retail setting
- Knowledge of switchboard phone
- Embroidery, silk screen and direct to transfer is a bonus

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
