**Position Summary**

The Foreman oversees daily field operations to ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to Patry Group’s quality standards. This leader is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, organizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with drawings, schedules, and safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise site crews, ensuring productivity and quality of work.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities.
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure work aligns with project specifications.
- Track project progress and provide updates to the Site Supervisor and Project Manager.
- Monitor safety compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce safety protocols.
- Assist with scheduling, planning material needs, and organizing equipment.
- Resolve onsite issues and troubleshoot construction challenges.
- Maintain documentation such as daily logs, timekeeping, and site reports.
- Support training and mentorship of junior staff and labourers.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5+ years of construction experience with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license; safety certifications considered an asset.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing site conditions.

**Working Conditions**
- On-site role in a dynamic construction environment.
- Requires walking, climbing, and exposure to various weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
