We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Collision Estimator / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing accurate collision repair estimates on small jobs and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure estimates meet their requirements.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of repair processes and timelines.
- Schedule repair appointments and coordinate with the repair team.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the repair process.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of auto body repair processes is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer software for estimates and record-keeping.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
