**What it takes**:

- Been estimating at a collision repair facility OR appraisal company for 5+ years? That’s what we like to hear
- If this was an Apple store, you’d be the leader of the Genius Bar. Instead of understanding iPhone and iPads, you’re a mastermind in understanding the collision repair process
- Some people are fluent in French or Spanish, you’re fluent in Mitchell and Audatex
- Your customer service and computer skills are A1
- Have experience with CDK? Sounds like a frontrunner to us
- You know a thing or two (or ten) about various insurance company procedures
- You can develop strong insurance agent relationships like it’s nothing
