**The Role**:
As our Community Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our brand's interaction with our audience and our liaison with marketing and branding agencies. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic thinker passionate about building and nurturing communities. You'll work closely with external marketing agencies that manage our social media platforms and create ads, ensuring our brand's voice and vision are consistently communicated and amplified.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and our customers, as well as between the company and our marketing/branding agencies.
- Spearhead creative campaigns and initiatives that align with our brand vision and goals.
- Develop and oversee promotional channels and marketing strategies, including podcasts, events, and other innovative platforms.
- Collaborate with our marketing agency to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all social media platforms and advertising efforts.
- Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and adhere to our brand standards.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a marketing or community management role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and strategic projects.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills, with an ability to engage and inspire our community.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and design, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience setting up and managing promotional channels and marketing campaigns.
- A team player attitude, but also comfortable working independently.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
