**The Opportunity**

Global Procurement of IT Hardware, Software, & Services - This is an exciting time to join Altus as we transform the procurement function into an automated workstream. Altus Group is a mature organization, currently going through key transformation programs giving you an amazing opportunity to develop in this highly enterprising role.

As a Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve the long-term value of Procurement. You will be the point of contact for sourcing and queries around spend data.
- This is a remote working position with occasional meetings/ activities to be attended in our Toronto office. _

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procurement Functions _
- Manage purchase requisitions of IT hardware, software & services
- Participate in negotiating a broad range of software and hardware contracts
- Responsible for maintaining accurate data on purchase orders
- Leverage current spend to identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Information management of hardware and software license documentation
- Partner with Business Users to validate utilization and demand
- Interact with vendors to determine requirements for sourcing
- Collaborate with supplier & AP to resolve RMA & invoice discrepancies
- Partner with other team members to define and document processes
- Build strong internal & external relationships with key stakeholders & vendor
- Contract Renewals _
- Trigger Contracts & Agreement for renewal of products and services
- Perform timely renewals of Hardware, software & services maintenance agreements
- Vendor Performance _
- Liaise with vendors to manage orders and queries
- Resolve RMA's, ETA's, service issues, transaction discrepancies, and alternate sourcing
- Support vendor relationships, including adherence to contract service levels

**Experience required**:

- Diploma in Business or Information Technology
- Certification in procurement would be an asset (not compulsory)
- 1-2 year of experience in Procurement/Sourcing
- Fluent in English - Bilingual will be an asset (English & French)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Functional Knowledge - Procurement & Basic Accounting
- Systems Knowledge - MS Office Suite, Medium level Excel, Adobe E-sign
- ServiceNow and Workday Procurement experience would be an asset (not compulsory)
- Process Knowledge - P2P procurement life cycle, hardware & software licensing, IT services i.e., SaaS/IaaS), contract review & renewal
