Procurement Analyst

The Procurement Analyst provides procurement and analytical expertise, including tool analysis, cost modelling and analytical support services, to inform procurement and category management, decision-making and strategy. The Analyst will mainly be responsible for gathering data, and putting together analyses of that data for the management team to support continuous improvement projects for the department. To provide and support the company in the measurement and analysis of procurement supply chain metrics and objectives at all levels of the organization

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with procurement and other stakeholders to assess their business needs and contribute meaningfully to the development of procurement and category management strategies
- Review, analyze and evaluate the business system and Procurement needs in order to generate the business reports/KPI
- Gathers requirements from the business and generate departmental KPI’s aligned with organizational strategic objectives using cause and effect relationships, and business intelligence/analytics/reporting tools.
- Analyze/report/automate KPIs in line with organizational strategic objectives to deliver projects On-Time, On-Cost, and on required Quality level using ERP and other data analysis tools.
- Provides support and knowledge transfer of SAP Solutions to SME’s and End-users in Procurement Supply Chain.
- Undertake tool research, cost modelling and analysis of supply markets to identify opportunities and information for procurement strategies
- Gather information to generate the reports required by the business to support effective management of Procurement performance
- Construct workflow charts and diagram studying the system capabilities
- Utilize SAP, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, to find, retrieve, filter and validate data
- Recommend improvements for the current practices used to generate reports
- Provide procurement reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the information trends
- Support the monthly KPI, Dashboard / Scorecard reporting and annual Multi Year Budgeting and Medium Term Industrial
- Responsible for MYB data collection and reporting
- Communicating technical reports and analyses in a meaningful way to procurement stakeholders given the complexity of procurement analysis
- Consistent Data output from the ERP
- Propose solutions to produce different reports from Country and Thales Group more efficiently.
- Propose ways of automating the KPIs.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
- 3-5 year of Experience in Business process and Supply Chain
- Advanced Excel/SAP/ Power Point and data mining skills
- Experience in Process improvement
- Excellent knowledge of data systems and experience conducting data analysis. Additional experience in advanced data analytical tools is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with international colleagues on the Global Operations
