ToeFX prides itself in quality products and a safe, inclusive, healthy, respectful work environment. **The Job** We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, detail-oriented person to provide administrative support to a small ongoing clinical trial (twice a week in a foot clinic) and to provide administrative support to a sales team. As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include - Clinical operations: scheduling patients for appointments, optimizing patient flow during clinic visits, meticulously filing study data and lab records, and communicating with the patients and staff in the clinic. - Manage scheduling of customer training + other support to the sales team - Bookkeeping experience, financial administration and general administration are assets We are looking for someone who: - is rigorous record-keeping - is comfortable speaking to patients on the phone and scheduling appointments - "can-do attitude" - able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - feels comfortable thinking on their feet - Very organized person - Ability to keep things in order Excellent written and verbal communication skills are an asset.
