Job Title: Warehouse Management Implementer

**Job Description**:
1. Ability to understand domain and customer ecosystem to come up with the most efficient configuration of the Warehouse Management System

2. A fast learner with an ability to understand existing Warehouse Management System

3. Provide functional and transactional Warehouse Management System support on processes around order management, release management receiving, quality checks, put-away, picking and replenishing inventory and should be able to execute complete lifecycle from Order to execution.

4. Ability to understand and document As-Is process flows, consult and create To-Be process flows

5. Champion optimal and best practices of use and implementation of the Warehouse Management System in client’s organization

6. Champion best practices of governance of the Warehouse Management System

7. Perform Warehouse Management System Implementations and onboarding of new customers

8. Provide trainings to the users to work on the new Warehouse Management System and optimized process

9. Strong communication and analytical skills to understand customer business, elicit the needs and articulate them back effectively for feedback and solutions

10. Strong presentation skills to present to in-house team, client stakeholders and management

12. Work with product development team to research and resolve product issues found during customer onboarding

13. Provide input to Product Owner regarding product enhancements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Domain degree / certifications (supply chain, warehouse, logistics etc.), experience of working with a product in warehouse or supply chain, experience in consulting or implementing digital products for external clients

Must have done minimum 2 implementations on Warehouse management on ERP systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: Up to $60.00 per hour
