Wages industry standard at $18-24/hr, collective tip pool paid in cash.

Training, coaching and mentoring is all areas of culinary, kitchen systems and management is provided.

Lift has lunch(1130am), brunch(11am) and dinner service(no late nights).

We have a seafood, pastry, dessert, lunch, brunch, and dinner program.

**Hiring For line cook**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Maintain standards to ensure quality, and quantity of food production meets expectations.
- Ensure work station is organized, and speed of service is timely.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent results
- Responsible for storage and rotation of food items
- Additional duties as required

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of refined cooking techniques
- Willingness to adapt to unique & special requests in order to meet guest expectations
- Completed culinary arts training or minimum 2 years culinary experience is preferred

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
