Handyman/woman Commercial Building Maintenance

We have a great opportunity for a reliable and customer service-focused individual to join our Building Maintenance team in creating safe and welcoming environments for our clients and their customers.
- Experience in carpentry; painting - interior & exterior; drywall installation & repair; vinyl composite tile installation & repair
- Safe working pratices are non-negotiable
- Reliability and consistency are required for success
- Pay based on experience and skill
- Willing to train the right individual
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to work across the GTA and surrounding areas - starting and finishing the day in Mississauga; company vehicle provided
- Personal tools required

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- drywall: 1 year (preferred)
- vinyl composite tile: 1 year (preferred)
- ceramic tile: 1 year (preferred)
- interior painting: 1 year (preferred)
- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract (required)
Work Location: One location
