Positions Responsibilities
- Develop effective relationships with customers
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups such as product issues, packaging, shipping and delivery and accounts receivable
- Maintain and manage existing customer accounts and generate new lines of business
- Consult extensively to assess customer’s needs, provide continuous customer support throughout the service cycle
