**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of merchandise.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
- Provide technical sales support by answering customer inquiries regarding product specifications and usage.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls, taking orders, or addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Proven sales experience with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Cash handling experience to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Technical sales knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a wider range of customers.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional interaction with customers over the phone.
