**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Posting**:
Craft, schedule, and manage posts across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster community involvement.

**Video Filming and Posting**:
Plan, film, edit, and post engaging videos tailored for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Collaborate with team members to storyboard ideas, capture footage, and produce high-quality video content.

**Photo Editing**:
Edit photos to be used on social media and our website ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Collaborate with the content team to determine the best photos that capture our brand and products.

**Web Graphics**:
Design and produce graphics for our website, ensuring they align with our brand image and are optimized for web use.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure graphics are integrated seamlessly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Film, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and video content creation.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L8W 0A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (required)
