As the main point of contact between our veterinary hospitals and their clients, your contribution will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to exceptional client experiences. This role goes beyond the typical job; it’s an opportunity to significantly impact the lives of pets and their owners.
In this role, you are expected to provide outstanding customer service through active listening, empathy, and professionalism. Your ability to effectively address concerns and foster strong relationships is key.
The Veterinary Client Concierge position includes thorough training in our comprehensive standards, policies, and procedures. The role is diverse and requires the ability to smoothly transition between tasks, maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail, and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Please consider:
- Availability for shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- **This role focuses on client interaction; direct hands-on work with animals is not part of this position.**:
- Our collaborative team enjoys a vibrant office atmosphere, which means **this position is onsite and not suitable for remote work.**
