**Client Care Team Member**

Position: The Client Care Team Member position is the front line of communication between veterinary hospitals and their clients. As such, they are responsible for supporting the vision of the company and veterinary hospitals that they represent.

The position requires a desire to deliver the highest quality of customer service using superior listening skills, responsiveness, empathy, confidence, and professionalism to ensure that every interaction is positive.

**Employees work in an open office environment, this is NOT a remote, work from home position.**

- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on verbal/written communications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- High personal standard for quality.
- Computer skills
- Excellent writing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Bilingualism is an asset. French and/or Spanish

Experience in the animal healthcare industry is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
