**What YOU Will Do**
- Standardize the infrastructure of mobility projects in collaboration with department managers.
- Define and implement operational processes adapted to the specific needs of mobility projects.
- Play an active role in strategic discussions, decision-making and key initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall mobility objectives.
- Coordinate with operational managers to ensure the achievement of strategic mobility objectives.
- Develop, coach and monitor success indicators for teams working on mobility projects, providing ongoing coaching and development of skills and performance.
- Act as liaison between project proposal and execution teams and management, providing regular updates and critical analysis.
- Actively participate in risk management and monitoring of key indicators related to mobility projects.
- Collaborate with mobility managers to define and execute various mandates, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Encourage a culture of continuous feedback, identifying opportunities for individual or team coaching to improve overall performance.
- Ensure quality control and on-time delivery of Mobility deliverables.
- Manage specific Mobility Division requirements, facilitating collaboration between different disciplines to ensure compliance.
- Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Mobility Division, identifying and implementing innovative practices.
- Carry out several other tasks related to the support of mobility projects

**What YOU Will Bring**
- University degree in a relevant field;
- More than 5 years' relevant work experience;
- Professional designation in project management (PMP) is an asset;
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written);
- Demonstrate creativity, autonomy and versatility;
- Demonstrate rigor and the ability to manage several files simultaneously;
- Excellent organizational skills, sense of responsibility and political acumen;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to adapt;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Good judgment and ability to anticipate needs and/or requirements;
- Attention to detail;
- Integrity and benevolence;
- Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
