About The Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Continuous Improvement, the Central Dispatcher is instrumental in enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction by assisting People Leaders, ensuring proper scheduling and dispatching of technicians based on skills, customer needs, service priority, capacity, speed of service requirements, and parts availability. As the frontline contact, the Central Dispatcher handles all customer inquiries, technician calls, and office visitors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Handle customer requests and concerns by communicating with clients to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively;
- Act as first point of contact and liaison for all incoming communication from customers, trades, and employees;
- Provide customers with an explanation of situation in an attempt to resolve inquiries or concerns;
- Schedule and route technicians on emergency service calls based on priority, capacity, speed of service guarantee, and technician skills matrix;
- Organize, schedule, and confirm appointments with customers while also keeping customers informed of any schedule changes and/or ETAs;
- Schedule routine and preventative maintenance, taking advantage of scheduling gaps and current capacity;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Our Must Haves**
- Minimum 1-3 years of customer service and dispatching experience;
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills;
- Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ERP, and CRM software;
- Strong time management, attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Interest and willingness to learn about Electrical, Mechanical, and Refrigeration specific trades.
