Yard Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the yard, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Utilize warehouse management system to track and monitor inventory levels.
- Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Operate forklift to move materials within the yard.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe working environment.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems for inventory tracking.
- Strong order picking skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment inspections and basic repairs.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
