**What You Will Do**:

- Support the Project Manager through all phases of a project’s development and implementation.
- Support the planning, design, and construction of large and complex social healthcare infrastructure projects delivered through Public-Private Partnerships (P3s).
- Help manage relationships with various groups of internal and external stakeholders to mitigate project risks and ensure that project objectives are met.
- Support projects through various stages of development (Pre-transaction, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) stages), construction, commissioning and to the final transfer of responsibility to operations.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum post-secondary education (degree or diploma) in construction, engineering, architecture or contract administration
- Exposure to the construction industry
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of project delivery principles and best practices, project budgets, schedules, contract management and technical requirements.
- Understanding of or experience with P3 programs/project delivery and building construction and systems, with solid understanding of the various specific P3 delivery models (e.g. Build-Finance, Design-Build-Finance, Design-Build-Finance-Maintain, etc.) is an asset
- Experience with healthcare projects is preferred.

To succeed in this role, you must have sound stakeholder management skills, the ability to adapt quickly and respond to a changing environment, and experience finding positive solutions to issues with clients and diverse teams of project consultants and specialists. Presentation, consultation, analytics, influencing, and consensus building skills are also desired. Experience negotiating claims, scope changes and other compliance and contractual items on projects is desirable.

The hiring range for this position is at the
**PM1 l**evel from
** $65,280 to $97,910** in line with our internal pay bands and compensation philosophy.
