Northstar Ford in Calgary is looking for a **Parts Manager** at our location in Northwest Calgary

In this role you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of a successful parts department. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations at both our Calgary and Cochrane location, deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers, and lead your team to achieve top performance. This role includes managing inventory to meet the needs of service, counter sales, and commercial/wholesale accounts — maintaining optimal stock levels and maximizing parts turnover.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years working in a dealership setting as a parts person
- Supervisor or management experience and asset
- Front and back counter knowledge is a must
- Computer literacy, familiarity with CDK & PBS, Micro-Cat, MS Word and Excel preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with parts data reporting, interpretation and pro-action.
- Ability to grow department sales both wholesale and retail.

**Hours of Work**:
Weekly shifts Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $72,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
