We are seeking a confident, passionate, and creative individual to drive the culinary experience As a member of our team of champions, you will gain meaningful work experience in a welcoming and exciting environment where we lead by example and work together to achieve results.

**YOU WOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Learn from our Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Prepare and execute banquet service for weddings, socials, corporate and even celebrity events
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen; instilling safe food handling practices
- Participate in the production and plating of all food service areas
- Take proactive efforts to minimize waste and maximize quality
- Maintain product consistency of seasonings, portion, and appearance of food

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge in Food Safety Standards and Guidelines, including safe food handling practices and certificate
- Experience in the catering or event industry preferred
- Team oriented and willing to learn
- Positive, outgoing, and friendly team member
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
