**Job Roles**:

- **Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation**
- Create and design digital advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Develop flyers, posters, and signage for both digital and print use.
- Design website banners and other visual assets to enhance site experience and drive conversions.
- **Shopify Management**
- Manage the Shopify store by adding new products, updating product descriptions, and ensuring the site content is current and optimized.
- Create promotional banners and seasonal campaigns on Shopify.
- Monitor the shopify website for any errors and issues - work with apps & integration teams to ensure the website runs smoothly.
- Create ad content & schedule paid ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite**: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (please show a portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills).
- **Experience with Shopify**: Experience or willingness to learn product management, content updates, and site optimization.
- **Paid Ads Experience**: Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and ad design best practices.
- **Graphic Design Experience**: Ability to create compelling designs across various digital and print formats.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail with a focus on consistency, aesthetics, and functionality.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

This is an in person position located at our head office in Burlington.

Successful applicants will be required to submit a portfolio.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18-24 months
