**Program Coordinator - H2O Pool School**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager the Program Coordinator will implement and manage H2O’s pool school. H2O is looking to implement a lifeguard school to address the on-going shortage of certified lifeguards in the national capital region. The goal is to offer Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid w/ CPR-C and National Lifeguarding Courses.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Recruit Instructors

Book pool and classroom space to run programs

Program/Schedule: Bronze Medallion, Standard First Aid, Bronze Cross, and National Lifeguard Courses

Head marketing efforts to recruit participants

Manage class enrollments and bookings

Facilitate communication between all relevant parties

Oversee and ensure smooth operations of the programs

Process all Test Sheets and paperwork to the Lifesaving Society Accordingly

Monitor Budgeting of the program

**Experience and Qualifications**:
University degree or college diploma in sports management, business administration, recreation and leisure or related relevant experience

2-3 years experience in youth activity programming (Aquatics specific experience considered an asset)

1-2 years leadership experience

Strong communication and written skills, as well as clerical and administrative skills

National Lifeguard and CPR-C strongly encouraged

Lifesaving Society Advanced Qualifications considered an asset

Bilingualism considered an asset

**Schedule**:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend availability required), on-site

**Salary and Benefits**:
$50,000 to $60,000, health/dental benefits, mileage
