**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling incoming calls, ensuring clear communication at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel or front desk setting.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from various backgrounds.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is essential for this role.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this position.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
