**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook various grilled items according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen area.
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customers.
