Summer Student Labourer

Thompson Construction Group is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Summer Student Labourer (Temporary, Part-Time) to join our team on a temporary part-time basis. This position is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience and earn extra income during the summer months.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with general labour duties including cleaning, organizing, and light maintenance.
- Support site staff with day-to-day tasks as required.
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be a current student returning to school in the fall.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and performing manual tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, dependable and able to follow direction.
- Previous labour or construction experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail orientated who can follow guidelines and procedures.
