**Responsabilités principales**
- **Croissance des ventes**: Stimuler les revenus en identifiant, ciblant et concluant des partenariats avec de nouveaux clients dans les secteurs de la distribution alimentaire, du commerce de détail et de la fabrication.
- **Succès client**: Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec les clients existants grâce à une gestion proactive des comptes et un service de qualité.
- **Veille de marché**: Suivre les tendances du marché québécois, analyser la concurrence et détecter de nouvelles opportunités à exploiter.
- **Collaboration interfonctionnelle**: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des opérations et de la sécurité afin d’aligner les stratégies de vente avec nos capacités de service et nos normes de sécurité.
- **Innovation**: Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions novatrices pour améliorer nos services, la satisfaction client et l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- **Promotion de la sécurité**: Mettre en avant notre engagement envers la sécurité comme argument différenciateur lors des négociations commerciales et dans les propositions aux clients.
**Profil recherché**
- **Expérience**: Minimum de 5 ans en ventes B2B, idéalement dans le secteur de la logistique, du transport ou des produits périssables. Expérience démontrée dans l’atteinte ou le dépassement des objectifs de vente.
- **Connaissances sectorielles**: Bonne compréhension des défis liés à la logistique alimentaire (chaîne du froid, conformité réglementaire, etc.).
- **Compétences**:
- Excellentes aptitudes en négociation, communication et présentation.
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et approche analytique orientée résultats.
- Esprit stratégique et grande capacité de résolution de problèmes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Growth**: Drive revenue by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across food distribution, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
- **Customer Success**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive account management and high-quality service delivery.
- **Market Expertise**: Stay ahead of market trends, analyze the Quebec logistics landscape, and identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with operations and safety teams to ensure sales strategies align with our delivery capabilities and strict safety standards.
- **Innovation**: Recommend and implement creative solutions to improve service offerings, boost client satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
- **Safety Advocacy**: Leverage Nour’s strong safety culture as a key differentiator during client pitches and proposal development.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, or perishable goods. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with food logistics, including cold chain management and compliance regulations.
- **Skills**:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to sales management.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
