**About the role**:
**Reporting to the VP, People and Culture, this role is key in helping us find talent and has primary responsibilities in the following areas of recruitment systems, support, and development**:

- Talent acquisition strategy: benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- ATS administration and development

**Qualifications and Education**:

- Criminal Record Check may be required
- Solid background in recruiting and recruitment processes

**Abilities, Attributes and Experience**:

- 2 - 3 years previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
- Post secondary degree, diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers
- Knowledge of Provincial laws as they pertain to human resources administration
- Excellent judgement and decision-making abilities
- Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity
- Proactive attitude with ability to work under pressure
- Accurate numeracy and analytical abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Good administrative, organizational, planning and follow up skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in unionized environment preferable
