**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- **Scheduling & Publishing**: Manage the content calendar and ensure timely scheduling of posts using social media management tools.
- **Community Management**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive interactions with our online audience.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.), providing insights and recommendations for improving performance.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure content is current and effective.
- **Brand Voice**: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Post secondary education in digital marketing.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Invideo, AI Assist).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
