**|Responsibilities|**
- Assist with full cycle recruiting including posting positions, sourcing, screening, interviews reference checks
- Conduct and analyze compensation market surveys
- Ensure Associate information is entered in an accurate and timely manner in Human Resource / Payroll systems
- Conducting Associate new-hire orientations, collecting and validating all enrolment forms
- Conducting exit interviews
- Maintaining personnel files and records in a timely and confidential manner
- Manage Image Wear for all Associates
- WCB - Manage WCB/CNESST Claims, file appeals where needed
- Manage Medical Leave Management (non-work related) Claims
- Other duties as assigned
**|Requirements|**
- Human Resources Degree or Designation
- 1 or more years of Human Resources related experience
- WCB/CNESST experience preferred
- Payroll experience preferred
- Knowledge of applicable legislation
- Driver’s license and vehicle required
**|Technical Requirements|**
- Strong written and verbal skills in both French & English
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology
**|Non-Technical Requirements|**
