Project Managers/Implementation Specialists at Total ETO are experts in both our ERP system and in the Engineer to Order manufacturing process. Any skills you don’t have, you will learn on the job.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the implementation process to onboard new clients.
- Assist clients with installation of our system and its dependencies.
- Review and analyze client data spreadsheets.
- Analyze clients’ business requirements and propose best practices.
- Answer questions and assist clients during post go live activities.
- Design/scope customizations as required.
- Juggle several ongoing implementation projects at any given time.
- Assist with documentation activities, including writing or reviewing content.
- Travel - while the position is a work from home position, there is a requirement for occasional travel, typically within the USA and Canada.

**Essential Knowledge Required**
- Post-secondary diploma/degree or significant work experience, ideally in Engineer to Order manufacturing companies or implementing ERP systems.
- Data analysis and strong skills in Excel.
- Self-confident, able to take the lead in a workshop environment.
- Superior oral and written communication skills, and extremely well organized.
- Able to work with managerial support but little oversight - assertive decision maker, self-starter.
- Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines, while maintaining high quality of work.
- Able to always remain professional and courteous with customers.

**Nice to haves, but not necessary**
- Experience using Total ETO at an Engineer to Order manufacturing organization.
- Prior development experience in any programming languages or reporting technologies such as Crystal Reports.
- Understanding of relational databases (RDBMS) such as Microsoft SQL Server.
