If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job Description : Job SummaryThe implementations specialist supports a system build process by assisting in testing of user requirements as well as evaluating the usability and efficiency of the system to support local operations.Job DutiesAfter a period of training, this position will complete gathering and testing of user requirements and scenarios in the system. Implementations specialists will demonstrate a detailed understanding of the system and of warehouse processes. Implementations specialist will work with the IT build team to communicate system gaps as well as suggested improvements. As they are testing, the implementations specialist will document their findings and progress as well as provide communications on the status of testing. Implementations specialist may need to complete demos or trainings for others on the system.Other DutiesWorks with group of other testers to complete tasksAttends daily status meetings using ZoomEvaluates system for potential improvements and shares suggestions with groupEvaluates reporting for system for accuracy and readabilityCreates test scenarios as necessary to complete trainingMinimum RequirementsAvailable for 40 hours per week - 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PMProficient in warehousing systems and processesAccess to appropriate computer and internet in order to complete workHybrid Model - Training on site for first few months, then WFH / on site mixUPS Canada is a diverse and equal opportunity employer.
