Supporting the daily operations of the branch, the Pre-collection Agent manages our customer relationships once their contractual obligations become due. We are looking for someone who can problem solve client requests while balancing the organization’s financial goals and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities for the role include:

- Contacting late clients and obtaining commitments to settle balance
- Follow-up client’s commitment to pay
- Audit client banking information and processing payments through client’s bank accounts
- Collection adequate supporting documentation for client extensions
- Develop settlement strategies with the Branch Manager that satisfy budget constraints.
- Ensure proper notification of clients prior to account deposits
- Assist with branch level operation as require

We are looking for someone who:

- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, either face to face or over the phone
- Expert at listening and communicating
- Navigate multiple computer systems
- Able to multi-task in a team setting.
- Call-center or collections experience is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
