**Job Summary**

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored solutions.

- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of boxing/kickboxing is an asset
- Knowledge of boxing/kickboxing products is an asset
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting additional products or services.
