We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is dedicated to creating an elevated client experience. As a Sales Associate, you play an essential role in the daily operations of our showroom. You’ll guide clients through their purchasing journey, provide exceptional service, and support the seamless flow of showroom activities.General tasks include but are not limited to:Actively engaging with all guests to facilitate a welcoming environmentDevelop and maintain extensive product knowledge to provide insightDriving sales to meet metric goals through curated interactions and suggestive sellingAssist senior staff in retrieving products and ensuring an efficient workflow within the showroomAssisting in all daily store tasks to ensure the Showroom is clean and organizedInforming customers of loyalty programs, promotions etc.Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor clean and always organizedTHE QUALIFICATIONS1-2 years in retail sales experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, professional, and a proactive team player with a client-first attitudePassion for jewelry and enthusiasm to develop extensive product knowledgeStrong sales skills with the confidence to drive purchasing decisions through personalized interactions Ability to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplaceMust be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
